milk bar cake class

If you are in the mood to eat dollops of icing and create decadent desserts, I am telling you, you need to go to a Milk Bar class. My best friend, Claire, knows I love to bake and was so sweet to buy tickets to the birthday cake class for my birthday.

This class is different from others because the cake is already baked and ready to assemble. Through out the class, the instructors are easy going and lets everyone work at their own pace. During the class, you put together a birthday cake for one and make a handful of truffles as a group. Plus, you get to eat as much icing, sprinkles and cake as you like.

Classes are only available in New York, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C.
